Planned by Architect Tomer Harari, youthfully decorated and located on the edge of the Nahalat Binyamin pedestrian mall, adjacent to the Ha’Carmel open-air market. The market is planned for a significant facelift and will be linked to the Newe Zedek pedestrian mall (Plan 2000). The building is comprised of small, humble apartments of approximately 50-80 Sqm including balconies, and is dipped in modern chique in a day-and-night vibrant area. The upper floors overlook an open view of the ocean, Jaffa, and the Kerem Ha’Teimanin and Newe Zedek neighborhoods, which are a short walk away.
