The City Building Company was founded out of a deep love for Tel Aviv and an aspiration to revive its face – without losing its character.

Noam Richter, 54
A civil engineer, graduated from the Technion and has been involved in the fields of construction and infrastructure since 1992. Noam began his career as a senior engineer at Waxman Govrin, served as VP of Engineering at Shikun and Binui, and as CEO of the Municipal Water Corporation. Noam has practical experience in the construction and engineering management of a variety of projects, from land complexes to towers in Tel Aviv, such as the famous museum tower.
David McKays, 44
Economist, businessman, and entrepreneur at heart. He took his first steps in the world of real estate nearly 20 years ago. With the help of sharp senses, a lot of experience and a thorough knowledge of the Tel Aviv real estate market, David is now an expert in locating quality properties for entrepreneurs and promoting planning procedures including marketing, financing and capital raising.
