The Frishman 15 will be built on the corner of Frishman and Ben Yehuda streets, and, pardon the cliché, in a winner location. On one side of the building there are balconies with direct view of the sea, and on the other side balconies overlooking the bustling life on Ben Yehuda Street, which is the heart of Tel Aviv and one of its recreation centers. This is a unique project in the landscape, which brings in an innovative style to the heart of the city with a 6-story building that combines new construction along with the preservation of the old building attributes.
